God designed us for community and we believe that powerful, lasting transformation happens when we journey together. An essential component of creating communities that grow together is skilful facilitation. By investing in becoming an effective facilitator, you can shepherd conversations and create a space where individuals are heard and encouraged.
Whether you're a seasoned facilitator or just starting out, you’ll be equipped with the skills to foster engagement and belonging in the group experience.
This training focuses on advancing critical skills needed for facilitation like:

- effective questioning
- managing challenging situations
