In the second episode in this series we look at Navigating Cultural Complexity. We  hear from Afrika Mhlophe, who is a minister of the gospel and has authored books on Christianity in the African context. Afrika points out that with 30 000 different tribes in Africa, it is important to master cultural complexity within the business context – because when diversity is not intentionally leveraged as a strength, it will be experienced as a divisive force.
