The Redemptive Action Intensive is a workshop designed to help leaders like you translate kingdom vision to concrete action that creates real business, organisation, or industry transformation.

Through a facilitated process, you’ll work through a framework to help you discover what God’s intention is for your industry, sector, or business and a plan to put this revelation into action.

DISTORTION

Where has sin (greed, broken systems, injustice, or just human nature) introduced brokenness into your industry or business? Identify the key issues, recognise their consequences, and refine them into clear priorities for action.

REDEMPTION

What practical, tangible steps can you take to close the gap between the ideal and the real? Commit to an action plan, with personal responsibilities defined, and be held accountable to these over 12 months.

Tailor the Format

The Redemptive Action Intensive is completely customisable to your group’s needs. Your preferences, group size, and objectives inform the structure and duration.

It can be tailored to different formats – whether integrated into a weekend retreat or a 1-day workshop. Redemptive Action Intensives can also be presented to diverse teams from different faith backgrounds. Our process works for anyone, regardless of their faith or personal values.
