Our X-Change groups, led by trained business leaders, regularly meet both virtually and in person. To teach peer-learning facilitation, we offer a quarterly, facilitation training workshop at no cost. These sessions are open to those interested in starting an X-Change group.

The Ziwani Advisory Panel is a diverse group of marketplace leaders who provide contextual insight and strategic input to the Ziwani team. The Advisory Panel is instrumental in establishing our community and have contributed many hours of their time and experience to help guide the development of the Ziwani community and resources. Our in-person gatherings provides us with the opportunity to come together to further shape the vision and direction of the initiative.

Our Connect events aims to bring together peers within the Ziwani community grappling with similar questions around living out one's Kingdom call in the marketplace. While our contexts may be diverse, we all share a common pursuit for the Kingdom, a call to business and a conviction to serve where God has placed us. These gatherings offer a platform to connect with fellow community members, foster networking opportunities, exchange personal perspectives, and reflect on some of the most pressing issues confronting business leaders in Africa today, and inspire one another towards finding solutions.
