Karen has some 25 years’ experience in the corporate environment, as an Account Manager in professional services (Ernst & Young) and as an Executive Facilitator and Coach.

Karen is a Master credentialed coach (MCC – ICF; MCP – COMENSA), and an accomplished facilitator. In terms of her coaching approach, Karen brings a balance of high empathy with a clear strategic focus to what the client wishes to achieve. She is successful with middle to senior management levels, given her decade in professional services and her experience in working with executives globally for the last 15 years.
