Karen is a Master credentialed coach (MCC – ICF; MCP - COMENSA), and an accomplished facilitator. In terms of her coaching approach, Karen brings a balance of high empathy with a clear strategic focus to what the client wishes to achieve. She is successful with middle to senior management levels, given her decade in professional services and her experience in working with executives globally for the last 15 years. Callista Greeff is the founder of Zeal HR, an award-winning recruitment and HR solutions company. She is a passionate social entrepreneur who also heads up the NPO called Pulmonary Hypertension of South Africa, where she is helping create awareness for this rare disease on a local ang global front and serves the patients in South Africa and advocate for their needs. Callista is passionate about providing service or solutions to SMME’s in South Africa in a relational yet strategic manner to help build the local economy.
