Our Peer X-Change Groups
Ziwani provides a platform for African business leaders of faith to build deeper relationships and support for each other’s journeys and ventures. Within the Ziwani X-Change community, meet business leaders from other African countries and learn from one another on how God is equipping them to build capacity into their cities. Available X-Change Courses
Ziwani X-Change groups are communities of passionate business leaders who are on mission to support and equip each other in their marketplace calling.
The groups meet regularly (either virtually or in-person) and are led by trained facilitators. An X-Change group journeying through a course meets once every 2-4 weeks for a total of 12 sessions, each session taking 1.5-2 hours.

Redemptive Leadership in a VUCA World
This course consists of 10 “deep-dive” sessions looking at the competencies required by leaders in a volatile, uncertain, complex & ambiguous (VUCA) environment.
Doing Business Differently
This foundational course takes participants through introspective questions and shares inspiring testimonies in order to discover how they can practically incorporate their faith and work.
